Incredible wedding with Ethan and Mallory at the Barn at Bay Horse Inn in Greenwood, Indiana! This venue has been open for about a year and it’s an ideal location for a wedding (we loved it). Hope you enjoy Part I of Ethan and Mallory’s photos! We had an amazing day with our new friends.

Hey everybody! I’m more than happy to introduce 2018 Senior Izak to you all. Along with being the President of his class at Carmel High School, he is a busy kid who spends a majority of time volunteering and serving at iTown Church. I loved having the opportunity shoot his senior photos!

If you follow him on any of his social media feeds or meet him, you will quickly learn that he is an inspirational, energetic, compassionate, and passionate young man. Wherever his future path takes him, he will be sharing the gospel, motivating people to overcome challenges, making people laugh, having fun, and working hard. I’ve been blessed to know him for a couple of years.

He describes himself as “a very driven person. I love exercise, reading, music, and traveling! It’s always a joy to meet and interact with new people. I love personal growth as well.”

This summer, he’s involved in a 6-week summer iTown Leadership Academy where he loves be challenged, learning new things, growing his faith, and connecting with lots of people.

Currently, his favorite song is Hand of God (Outro) by John Bellion. When I asked him to describe his personality, he gave me one word: hype (I love it). He hopes to travel the world and avoid eating Kale in the future. He’s also a really deep thinker who is obsessed with reading books, and dreaming about future plans and goals with friends.

I love this kid and I’m really blessed to know him. He is a one-of-a-kind kid who is ready to take on the future. For a kid who is so high energy and confident, I’m also continually impressed with his humility and the way he continually works on being a friend to everybody. This is probably part of the reason he is the president of his class at Carmel HS.

This has been a tremendous summer spending time with my family and friends and photographing 2018 senior portraits! The 4th of July is always a reminder that we are blessed to live in such an amazing country.

The United States has always been a welcoming place for all people. It’s a place of opportunity for people to pursue their dreams, work hard, and have their civil rights protected. We take it for granted that we can post anything we want on Twitter or Facebook, go go to any type of church on the weekend, along with many other rights.

This patriotic theme was a no-brainer with my 2018 reps this summer. So happy to work with such a great group of bright, motivated, energetic, and positive group of seniors. It’s been really fun. Again, very blessed to get to know and work with all of these seniors. Excited to see what the future holds for you all.

Happy 4th of July and God bless!

I loved meeting Julia at our senior portrait session! She is spunky, intelligent, has a fun personality, is a talented singer, and describes herself as always ready for fun and ready to have a good time with new and/or long-time friends.

At Fishers High School, she is involved in a choir called Electrum, which is a competition show choir (they are really good). The also involved in musicals throughout the year and also the National Honor Society, Leaders 4 Fishers, and the Riley Dance Marathon Fashion Show.

If you are looking for a babysitter, she is a great senior to get to know. She babysits and nannies all the time and she really loves kids.

She is passionate about many things, including animals (especially dogs) and singing, which she describes it would be difficult to imagine music not being a huge part of her life.

Her current favorite song is Stay, but Zedd/Alessia Cara and if there was one food she could live without it would be fish. She loves eating ice cream too (I can relate with her big time on this one).

She is loyal, loves her family and friends, works really hard at everything she throws herself into, and has a really bright future.
It was so great to meet you Julia. Enjoy your senior year!

Kenzie is a senior I have known, for many years. First, I loved the opportunity to photograph her senior portraits. It’s crazy and also exciting that that she is a senior and will be headed to college soon!

Along with being generally awesome, she has a great sense of humor, is a very, very hard worker (in and out of school), is loyal to her friends and family, has a strong faith, and is a really humble person too. She is a fitness fanatic and a super talented volleyball player.

She attends Noblesville High School, Class of 2018 and is doing her best to save money by working at Chick-Fil-A and babysitting. She plans to attend Kentucky Christian University to study biology and play volleyball.

She will often find her outside. She loves hanging out with the neighbor’s dog and taking it on walks and runs (I love this). She also loves to bike, run, and hang out at the pool.

Recently she has an obsession for coffee and finding new (and interesting) places to eat, including all kinds of cuisine. She tells me that she and her friends have fun with whatever they are doing, including going to the movies, hanging out, getting coffee, or doing nothing at all.

She told me her family is the one thing she could never live without, and I would definitely agree. She is  one of six kids in a very tight knit and close family (they’re awesome). Oh yeah, she told me she COULD live without pot roast.

When you first meet her, you may think she is quiet and reserved. However, after you get to know her better, you will find her to have a great sense of humor and wit, be really spontaneous, opinionated, and going.

She’s a super determined senior who will 100% pour herself into her athletics, academics, hobbies, and the important people in her life. Again, she’s a phenomenal person with a bright future. So excited to see where her future path takes her!

Loved my engagement session with Caitlin and Arick! My wife and I have known Caitlin and her family since the early days of working in kids ministry with the “crawlers” when she was in high school, along with being friends and a photographer for the Maas family forever. I’ve also known the Crecelius family forever too and couldn’t speak more highly about them. Blessed to be their friend and capture their story as their wedding photographer!
