Helping local high school teams

Along with being a wedding and portrait photographer, I am also a high school counselor and have worked at Fishers High School (FHS) in Indiana for 10+ years. I thank God I have two careers I am passionate about and enjoy greatly.

Over the last several years I have volunteered to take photos for many of the clubs and sports around my school to help design team posters and individual banners for athletes. I mainly do this because it’s really fun and love connecting with students and coaches in a different way than my regular job as a high school counselor.

These are a few photos I have captured over the last year. It’s been really fun working with students, parents, and coaches to brainstorm ideas for posters and help them out!

*If you’re a student reading this blog but you don’t go to FHS, please note that I shoot senior portraits with MANY students from other schools in the area so keep me in mind if you are looking for a senior photographer! 🙂
